Labyrinth on the Thames

This is the Labyrinth on the Thames music festival that is going to take place for 8 (eight) days on the premises of the Royal Naval College in Greenwich. Judging by the experience of last year, this will impact all the residents in the area (tens of thousands?) for about 10-11 hours on each festival day + extra soundchecks before each weekend and construction noise for putting up and dismantling the stages, respectively. This is impacting residential areas in both the borough of Greenwich and Tower Hamlets. An approval for this kind of music event should never have been granted. I'm urging other users, that are more acquainted with the law to investigate and let us know what legal option do we have to stop this from happening in the future.
