Party Boats

This is a phenomenon that is going on for years: Thames boat companies are using their boats as floating discotheques, impacting the well-being of all residents in reach (usually all buildings facing the Thames or in the vicinity), between Tower Bridge and Woolwich. It is a mystery how a license for such a project could be obtained. Boats on the river Thames should not be allowed to produce noise impacting the residents. Moreover, residents should not be forced to prove that noise levels coming from boats are high, but boat owners should demonstrate that the build of their boats ensure no noise spill in the outer environment.
